Livegang nieuw EPD HiX Zuyderland
De officiële overgang van EPD HiX Zuyderland! Niet zomaar een livegang, maar een jivegang met een giga voorbereiding en een grote impact voor alle Zuyderland medewerkers.
De afgelopen maanden zijn onze collega's druk bezig geweest met het opzetten van een tijdelijke servicedesk. Zij zullen alle coördinatie en communicatie m.b.t. deze Servicedesk voor hun rekening nemen. Gedurende de Hypercare periode, zullen meerdere collega's van ons aansluiten op deze Servicedesk om deze 24/7 te kunnen bemannen en beschikbaar te zijn voor alle Zuyderland collega's.

Hi365 - Zuyderland
1,5 jaar lang stond ons Arx Services team paraat voor het realiseren van een moderne werkomgeving, Microsoft 365, bij Zuyderland. Tijdens het project fungeerde onze floorwalkers als brug tussen de IT-afdeling en de eindgebruikers. Van ondersteuning op de werkvloer tot het verzamelen en oplossen van problemen.
