Privacy statement Arx Corporate Consultants BV
May 25, 2018

Your privacy is of great importance to Arx Corporate Consultants BV. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the website www.arxbv.nl with information that we learn about you.

If you have any questions or want to know exactly what we keep track of you, please contact Arx Corporate Consultants BV.

CONTACT FORM & CV

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests, you can also use the application form to apply directly for a position listed on the website or you can upload your CV directly via the appropriate form.

For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number, name and address details, CVs and motivations (documents). We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in case of follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better. For the storage of your personal data and accompanying CV (and motivation), we always ask permission from you during a first meeting by means of a permission form. If you give permission for this, we will not store this data for longer than 6 months. By keeping your CV and other data, we adhere to the legitimate interest to be able to offer you to one of our clients as a future employer, as agreed in a first (introductory) interview. After these 6 months, if not otherwise agreed and if no follow-up can be given to our contact in the form of an employment contract or other employment, we will remove your data and CV from our systems. If you do not give permission for the storage of your CV, we will comply with the statutory period of 4 weeks before your data is removed from our systems.

By sending a completed form (contact, application or CV), you agree that we may process and document your data for the periods mentioned above (subject to the consent given) and that we may approach you in response to this form for a possible introduction.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

We are happy to send you company information and company advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this, in addition to the website, via social media.

You can object to this company information and company advertising via social media at any time. For example, you can block or unfollow us.

DISTRIBUTION TO OTHER COMPANIES OR INSTITUTIONS

We do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, except if we are required to do so by law (for example if the police require this if there is a suspicion of a crime) or if this is necessary for offering your CV to a potential employer where a secondment or other type of employment may result as a result. In this case we will only send your CV, converted to a so-called 'Arx format', in which your data will be used in the same form as you provide it to us.

Social media buttons are included in our website. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data. This personal data will not be used or processed further.
